My photo estimate looks off — can I fix it? +
Yes. Every calorie and macro value in Nishnush is editable — open the entry and adjust it. For better estimates, shoot one plate at a time in good light, from above, with the whole dish in frame.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription? +
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you manage them in your store account: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep premium until the current period ends.
I subscribed but premium isn’t active. +
First, make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple or Google account you purchased with, then tap “Restore purchases” in the app’s settings. If it still doesn’t unlock, email office@furmanlabs.com and we’ll sort it out.
How do I switch between Hebrew and English? +
Nishnush works fully in both, with proper right-to-left Hebrew. Change the language in the app’s settings at any time — the interface and your food labels follow your choice.
How do I delete my account and all my data? +
Open Settings → Delete Account in the app to remove everything permanently and immediately. If you can’t access the app, email us from your account address and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

Is my data private? +
Your meals and photos belong to you, are stored securely, and are never sold. Our Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we collect and how it’s used.
