These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nishnush mobile application ("Nishnush", the "App"), operated by Furman Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The Service
Nishnush is an AI-powered nutrition and weight tracking app. It lets you photograph or describe meals to receive estimated nutrition information, log your food and weight, and track progress toward personalized goals.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You sign in using Apple or Google and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
3. Not Medical or Nutritional Advice
Nishnush provides estimates for informational purposes only. AI-generated nutrition values, calorie targets, and insights are approximations and may be inaccurate. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or professional health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, health, or weight. You use the App's outputs at your own discretion and risk.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend services.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Nishnush offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock features such as unlimited AI food analysis. Free users are limited to a set number of AI analyses. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you add. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate the App's features (including sending it to third-party AI providers for analysis). See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furman Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or health-related outcomes arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Language
The Hebrew version of these Terms is the binding version. This English text is a translation provided for your convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail.
